Capturing the O'Keeffe Landscape
I recently had the pleasure of creating a capsule collection, Capturing the O'Keeffe Landscape, in collaboration with Santa Fe Photographer, Craig Varjabedian, exclusively for the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum.
Stunning images of the very landscape that inspired O'Keeffe are translated to modern bag silhouettes ready for adventures near and far. More information below our packing process photos.
Here's a bit more about this collaboration:
Craig Varjabedian is an award-winning photographer who explores the back roads of the American West, making pictures of the unique and quintessential. He shares awe-inspiring stories of the land and the people who live on it…one photograph at a time. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Lee Coren (yours truly) designs are inspired by a mixture of two strong elements in her life, the urban surroundings and the need for escapism and a breath of fresh air. The collections feature handmade screen printed fabrics and original prints from scenery captured on camera that transformed into versatile essentials, built to last but never boring. Based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Materials & Ethics. Each bag is produced locally and ethically, using cruelty-free, vegan friendly, locally sourced materials. Leather replacements feature high quality, Italian-made, cotton-backed microfiber PU (Polyurethane) which is less harmful to the environment then regular solutions.
