All orders ship from Israel. We offer the following shipping options:
ECO Post / Standard Shipping, by Israel Post
For most destinations we’ll ship your order by Eco Post service, which takes 7-12 business days to arrive to most destinations and is fully trackable. If that service isn’t available for your country, your order will be shipped by Registered Air Mail which takes 1-3 weeks to arrive and tracking is available only until the package leaves Israel. Please note that on some occasions, a delay (customs/weather/holiday/other) may occur and your order can take up to 30 business days to arrive.

All other destinations: Maybe; Please check with your local customs prior to ordering to avoid surprises. Sadly, we have zero impact on each country's customs regulations and are unable to follow those particulars for all countries.

My items are designed and crafted ethically and locally from vegan materials. Print quality and color may vary from piece to piece. Please allow small imperfections, as they are a part of the beauty of handmade items.
Some items take longer to create, and so we make them in small batches at a time. Once we know when we'll be to ship those out again, Pre Orders will open!

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason it doesn't work for you, we accept returns, no questions asked. Please email us at email@example.com to work out the details.
We accept returns up to 14 days from receiving the package.
Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, to protect them on their way. Once the goods arrive back to our studio, in the original and unused condition, we will process the refund for the goods.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping.

Yes,Thank you for asking. It's very important to mark the package as Returned Goods, valued exactly as appears on your invoice. Please do not ship returned items using EMS or private couriers. If not thus marked and handled, the package will likely be delayed by customs when incoming, will be subject to release charges and we may not be able to retrieve it and send you a refund.
We'd be happy to re-ship the package to you! Kindly note additional postage fees may apply; we'll do our best to avoid such. If you'd like a refund instead of a re-ship we'll process your refund once the package arrives back to our studio -5% handling fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
