Care

Give your Lee Coren items TLC

Our items are made to last. Here’s how to keep your Lee Coren item fresh n’ clean. By fabric type:

Printed Cotton (Scarves)

  • Gently hand-wash with water and a mild liquid detergent. We recommend hand washing your scarf, however you can also machine wash it, on gentle cycle, 30c.
  • Don’t rub or scrub.
  • Hang flat to dry (don’t use the dryer).
  • Your scarf can be ironed on back side as needed.

Printed Cotton (Bags)

  • Our printed cotton bags can be gently hand washed with water and a mild liquid detergent. Don’t rub or scrub.
  • For serious stains please use dry cleaning services.

Vegan Leather

  • For best keep, twice a month, dust the bag with a microfiber cloth. The cloth should attract dust and remove build up from the fabric’s pores.
  • Soak up stains immediately with a dry cloth. Our faux leather is water resistant, but it is also a breathable material. Stains can get stuck in the material’s pores.
  • For light stains, make a mild liquid soap and warm water solution. Wipe the fabric gently with a non-abrasive sponge, until all the visible dirt is removed.
  • If the solution didn’t give the desired result, you can use pure alcohol; with a piece of clean cloth, gently brush the dirty spot back and forth - don’t rub or scrub.
  • For serious stains please use dry cleaning services.

Vegan Suede

  • If you're experiencing slight fabric dimming, or you feel dust has settled in, brush the fabric gently with a nylon brush - the kind used in dry cleaning, and similar to the one used for shoe shine, if that's more convenient (and clean!).
  • If brushing the bag didn't give you the desired result, or you're experiencing a light stain, you can use pure disinfection alcohol or clear vodka, and with a piece of clean cloth gently brush the dirty spot back and forth. Please note that it is not recommended to rub it in, and you should avoid printed areas.
  • If all of the above left you unsatisfied, or you choose to skip those steps, dry cleaning should do the job! Inside each bag you can find the care label, with all needed treatment indications.
